The ART of Using AI in Austria
A training programme by GeoLab, built on the book The Art of Using AI and supported by the EU and UNDP (EU–UNDP Innovation Challenge). Austria was the first market for the programme.
Eight online workshops and two in-person workshops in Graz, on 24 and 25 October 2026 at Die Schrödinger, led by Prof. Karl Stocker and Sandro Asatiani. Lecturers: Sandro Asatiani, Lana Labadze and Sandro Dolidze.
Participants learned to build personal and corporate AI assistants that work on an organisation’s own documents, to automate everyday workflows, and to make small applications in plain language, without coding. The sessions also covered responsible use of AI, data protection, the EU AI Act and GDPR.
The online workshops drew 203 registrations, about 84 unique attendees, 83% of them from Austria; more than half came to two or more sessions.
