Old Camera

A picture book from Sandro’s series about Tamta and Ellen.

When he was little, a photographer told Sandro that a bird would fly out of the camera — and so he learned that birds live in big old cameras. Blue-eyed Tamta has an old camera too, but a small beetle lives in hers. He is quite the jokester: he draws moustaches and big glasses on the men in her pictures, feathered hats and colourful buttons on the women. Tamta never knows how her photographs will turn out, but they are always fun — even when the grown-ups are not amused.
